A filtration problem for a scalar radiation field of absorbing and scattering aerosol-turbulent slab eliminated at the low boundary Lambertian horizontally nonuniform underlying surface is studied. From the work of this paper it follows, that in practically any observation condition, the atmospheric turbulence does not worsen the quality of the space videodata, for example, contrasts of satellite photos and multispectral images.
