Theoretical interpretation of cosmic magnetic fields (Q1905382)

A possibility to generate seed magnetic fields from rotating massive celestial bodies is considered within the framework of unified field theory. In this sense, a direct relation among the polar magnetic field, the angular velocity and the gravitational potential of the body is obtained. Certain comparisons of the derived results with observational data are performed, and it is concluded that a seed magnetic field can be created.
