      In a Banach space \(E\) there is considered the equation \[ {d^2 u \over dt^2} + {k \over t} \left( {du \over dt} + Bu \right) + {b^2 \over t} u = B^2 u. \tag{1} \] \(B\) is the generator of a strongly continuous group \(T(t)\), \(k\), \(b \in \mathbb{R}^1\), \(t > 0\). There is obtained the explicit formula for the solution to the equation (1) satisfying the initial conditions \[ \lim_{t \to 0} {u(t) \over t} = u_0, \quad \lim_{t \to 0} t^k {d \over dt} \left[ {u(t) \over t} \right] = u_1 \] and \[ u(0) = w_0, \quad \lim_{t \to 0} \left[ t^k {du \over dt} \right] = w_1, \] where \(u_0\), \(u_1\), \(w_0\), \(w_1 \in D (B^2)\).
