There are several results on the Riemann theta-zerovalues along the lines of studying the system of linear differential equations of infinite order for them. This approach was first advocated by \textit{M. Sato} [Astérisque 2/3, 286-291 (1973; Zbl 0288.35045)]. Later, \textit{M. Kashiwara}, \textit{T. Kawai} and \textit{Y. Takei} [Proceedings of geometrical and algebraical aspects in several complex variables, Cetraro 1989, 169-189 (1991)] studied the structure of the cohomology groups associated with the Riemann theta-zerovalue: \(\vartheta (t):= \sum_{\nu\in \mathbb{Z}^n} \exp (\pi \sqrt {-1} \langle \nu,t\nu \rangle)\) with \(t\) being a symmetric complex \(n\times n\) matrix and the imaginary part of \(t\) being positive under the condition that \(n=2\). The author of this paper presents some geometric results which are needed to extend these results for arbitrary \(n\).
