      The author constructs examples of sequences \(\{\lambda_n\}\subset\mathbb{R}\) that are uniformly discrete (i.e., \(\inf_{n\neq m}|\lambda_n-\lambda_m|>0)\) and such that the corresponding exponential systems \(\{\exp(i\lambda_nt)\}\) are complete, minimal, and not uniformly minimal in the spaces \(L^1(-\pi,\pi)\), \(L^p(-\pi,\pi)\), \(1<p<\infty\), and \(C(-\pi,\pi)\).
