The author defines information as a sigma-algebra of subsets in a sample space and states some qualitative comments on stochastic information and quantum mechanics. He claims that he can so define deterministic information and clarify the differences between informational entropy, Boltzmann entropy, thermodynamic entropy and neguentropy. The main drawback of this paper is that the author is unaware of the enormous literature on these topics. Deterministic information has already been defined. The problem of negative entropy has already been solved. The relation between the different entropies is by now quite clear, and can be found in the literature. Most of the results of the 8th section of the paper are known. And so on. The present paper is perhaps new, but a comparison with previous results in the literature was of order.
