The paper studies the planar soap bubble problem which seeks the least perimeter solutions to enclosing and separating \(m\) regions of \(m\) given areas. The author offers an excellent survey of several prior results, as well as a very concise study for several values of \(m\). The most interesting seem to be the cases corresponding to \(m = 7, 8\).
