Let \(S\) be a smooth projective complex surface such that the Picard group \(\mathrm{Pic}(S)\) is generated by a ample divisor \(H\). The authors construct a one-family of Bridgeland stability conditions on the derived category of coherent sheaves on \(S\) and describe the ``wall-crossing behavior'' for the objects with the same invariants of \(\mathcal{O}_C(H)\) where \(C\in |H|\). A Bridgeland stability condition consists of a \(t\)-structure on the derived category and a central charge on the \(t\)-heart such that any object of the heart admits finite Harder-Narasimhan filtrations with respect to the slope associated to the central charge. The one-family Bridegeland stability conditions considered in this paper is one family of central charge on the same \(t\)-structure. The proof of the stability conditions use Hodge index theorem and Bogomolv-Gieseker inequality. When the surface is \(K\)-trivial, i.e., a \(K3\) or abelian surface, they construct a sequence of fine moduli spaces of Bridgeland-stable objects via Mukai flops and generalised elementary modifications of the universal coherent sheaf. The representability of their moduli functor rely on the fact that an Artin stack of flat families of objects of the \(t\)-heart exists, using a result of Max Lieblich, which is attached in the appendix. The authors expects that the methods introduced in this paper should be useful in the construction of Bridgeland-stable moduli spaces of objects with other invariants on the surfaces both with and without the \(K\)-trivial assumption.
