Let \(\mathcal Var\) be a binary operad. Four operads are constructed: the operads of \(\mathcal Var\) di- and trialgebras, and the operads of di- and tri-dendriform \(\mathcal Var\)-algebras. If we choose for \(\mathcal Var\) the operad of associative algebras, we obtain in this way the ``usual'' dialgebras, trialgebras, dendriform dialgebras and dendriform trialgebras. It is proved that the Koszul dual of the operad of \(\mathcal Var\)-di- or trialgebras is the operad of dendriform \(\mathcal Var^!\) di- or trialgebras. It is also shown that dendriform \(\mathcal Var\)-algebras can be embedded into Rota-Baxter \(\mathcal Var\)-algebras, as it was already known in the associative case.
