Let \(G\) be a finite group. A fusion category \(\mathcal C\) is called a \(G\)-extension of a fusion category \(\mathcal D\) if \(\mathcal C\) is faithfully \(G\)-graded in such a way that the trivial homogeneous component is equivalent to \(\mathcal D\). This kind of group extensions were classified by \textit{P. Etingof} et al. [Quantum Topol. 1, No. 3, 209--273 (2010; Zbl 1214.18007)]. Using this classification, the authors classify in the paper under review indecomposable module categories over a \(G\)-extension of a fusion category \(\mathcal D\). This is done along the lines of the above mentioned paper of Etingof, Nikshych and Ostrik. As a further result, they determine the category of module functors between two module categories and, in particular, the dual category of a \(G\)-extension with respect to an indecomposable module category and prove in this context a Mackey type decomposition theorem. As an application, they obtain a classification of indecomposable module categories over Tambara-Yamagami fusion categories and describe their duals. A reformulation of a criterion found by \textit{S. Gelaki} et al. [Algebra Number Theory 3, No. 8, 959--990 (2009; Zbl 1201.18006)] to decide when a \(G\)-extension of a fusion category \(\mathcal D\) is group-theoretical is also given. Related results were obtained by \textit{C. Galindo} [Isr. J. Math. 192, 841--867 (2012; Zbl 1266.18012), Part B].
