Let \(H={\mathcal A}_\lambda^2({\mathbb B}^2)\) be the weighted Bergman space with a parameter \(\lambda>1\) over the unit ball \({\mathbb B}^2\) in \({\mathbb C}^2\). By \({\mathcal T}_{rad}(\lambda)\) denote the commutative \(C^*\)-subalgebra of \({\mathcal L}(H)\) generated by the Toeplitz operators \(T_a\) with radial bounded measurable symbols \(a\). Further, let \({\mathcal T}_\varphi\) be the Banach subalgebra of \({\mathcal L}(H)\) generated by a single Toeplitz operator \(T_\varphi\), where \(\varphi\) is the ``simplest'' quasi-homogeneous symbol on \({\mathbb B}^2\). The paper is devoted to the study of the structure of the Banach algebra \({\mathcal T}(\lambda)\) generated by the Toeplitz operators with quasi-radial quasi-homogeneous symbols. This algebra is not a \(C^*\)-algebra and is generated by \({\mathcal T}_{rad}(\lambda)\) and \({\mathcal T}_\varphi\). The main result of the paper describes the maximal ideal space and the Gelfand map of \({\mathcal T}(\lambda)\). Since this algebra is not invariant under the involution of \({\mathcal L}(H)\), the inverse closedness of \({\mathcal T}(\lambda)\) is not evident and is proved. Further, the radical of \({\mathcal T}(\lambda)\) is calculated.
