Let \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\) be the three dimensional projective space over the Galois field of \(q\) elements. A Cameron-Liebler line class \(\mathcal{L}\) is a set of lines in \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\) such that for any line \(\ell \in \mathrm{PG}(3,q)\) the number of lines \(m\in \mathcal{L}\) different from \(\ell\) and intersecting \(\ell\) is \((q+1)x+(q^2-1)\) if \(\ell \in \mathcal{L}\), and \((q+1)x\) if \(\ell \notin \mathcal{L}\), for some fixed integer \(x\), which is called the parameter of \(\mathcal{L}\). In this article, new examples of Cameron-Liebler line classes in \(\mathrm{PG}(3,q)\), \(q\) odd, with parameter \(x=(q^2-1)/2\) are given. These examples have been constructed by the union of line orbits from a cyclic collineation group acting on the space. In some particular cases, the author shows the connection between the examples constructed and two-intersection sets in \(\mathrm{AG}(2,q)\).
