A new formulation for the boundary element analysis of inhomogeneous nonlinear Poisson problem was proposed previously by the present authors. The formulation is further extended here to deal with the case where derivatives of the unknown function are included in the inhomogeneous term. Two polynomial interpolations in terms of the space coordinates are employed: one for the inhomogeneous term and the other for the unknown function. Taking computing points on the boundary as well as inside the domain, the equations on these points are employed to determine the unknown coefficients of the polynomials by using the method of least squares.
