This paper presents an exact relationship between natural frequencies of Levinson plate and Kirchhoff plate. It is shown that the formulated relationship can be applied to any general polygonal plate with simply supported boundary. The authors also illustrate by numerical examples the application of the presented relationship to various regular polygonal shapes.
