Let \(M\) be an analytic surface in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) that is saddle-shaped near a chosen point \(M\) is called affine homogeneous near a point \(p\in M\) if for any point \(q\in M\) close to \(p\), there exist neighborhoods \(U(p)\) and \(V(q)\) of the points \(p\) and \(q\) respectively and an affine transformation of \(\mathbb{R}^3\) which takes \(p\) to \(q\) and \(M\cap U(p)\) to \(M\cap V(q)\). In this paper we are given a classification of all locally affine homogeneous saddle surfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) based upon the definition of the degeneracy in the third-order. The normal equations of these surfaces as well as examples of all the types of them are given.
