A technique for constructing divisible difference sets (Q1976897)

The author gives two new product constructions for divisible difference sets which generalise the well-known product construction of the classical GMW-difference sets by means of a difference set and a relative difference set. In this way, he obtains several new families of semi-regular divisible difference sets, a case which has found considerable interest in the recent literature.
