The determination of the irreducible representations of Hecke algebras of type \(F_4\) in the case where two parameters are equal has been obtained by \textit{M. Geck} and \textit{K. Lux} [Manuscr. Math. 70, No. 3, 285-306 (1991; Zbl 0722.20003)], and many of the other cases have been solved by \textit{K. Bremke} [ibid. 83, No. 3-4, 331-346 (1994; Zbl 0830.20062)]. In a previous paper [J. Algebra 218, No. 2, 654-671 (1999; Zbl 0936.20003)], the authors determined the remaining irreducible modules except over fields of characteristics \(2\) or \(3\). The aim of this paper is to complete the task by considering the cases of characteristics \(2\) and \(3\), and it is shown that the decomposition matrices may be expressed in lower unitriangular form. Furthermore, the splitting fields are those generated by the images of the parameters. The main part of the paper takes the form of reported results of computer calculations using GAP3 and R. A. Parker's Meat-Axe package.
