For the last few decades, the construction of the \(70\) strongly rational, holomorphic vertex operator algebras (VOAs) of central charge \(24\) with non-zero weight-one space had been an ongoing program. At the time the paper under review had been written, a variety of authors had helped to construct all such \(70\) VOAs, however, a uniform construction was lacking. In [``On the genus of the moonshine module'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1708.05990}], \textit{G. Höhn} formulated ideas for such a construction. Following this template, the author of this paper constructs one of the VOAs following this method. En route to this example, this paper also proves a conjecture of Höhn stating that for each semisimple case of the \(70\) VOAs mentioned above, there exists an isometry such that certain quadratic spaces are isomorphic (see Theorem 6.1 for details). The main result of the paper, however, pertains to a more general situation, and in particular, to establishing a group-like fusion for the orbifold VOA \(V_{L}^{\hat{g}}\). Here, \(L\) is an even lattice, \(\hat{g}\) is a lift of \(g\in O(L)\) in \(\Aut(V_L)\) with finite order. More specifically, the paper proves that all irreducible \(V_L^{\hat{g}}\)modules are simple current modules if and only if \(g\) acts trivially on \(L^*/L\) (or equivalently \((1-g)L^{*} < L \)). This analysis is performed in Section 5, and the interest of this result extends beyond the classification of the strongly rational, holomorphic vertex operator algebras (VOAs) of central charge \(24\). The paper provides nice reviews of the materials needed in the proofs, and concludes with a construction of a holomorphic VOA of central charge \(24\) whose weight one Lie algebra is \(F_{4,6}A_{2,2}\) as an example of Höhn's idea. Since writing of the paper under review, uniform constructions of all \(70\) VOAs mentioned above have been obtain by \textit{S. Möller} and \textit{N. R. Scheithauer} in [``Dimension formulae and generalised deep holes of the Leech lattice vertex operator algebra'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1910.04947}] and by \textit{G. Höhn} and \textit{S. Möller} in [``Systematic orbifold constructions of Schellekens' vertex operator algebras from Niemeier lattices'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2010.00849}].
