    Let \(\mu\) be a Borel measure in \(\mathbb R^d\) with polynomial growth of degree \(n\), this means that there is a constant \(c_0>0\) such that for all \(x\in \mathbb R^d\) and \(r\ge 0\), \(\mu(B(x,r))\le c_0 r^n\). Define \(\theta_\mu^n(x,r)=\frac{\mu(B(x,r))}{r^n}\). And for \(1\le p<\infty\), the \(\beta^n_{\mu,p}\) coefficient of a ball \(B\) with radius \(r(B)\) is defined by \[ \beta_{\mu,p}^n(B)=\inf_L \left(\frac1{r(B)^n}\int_B \Big(\frac{{\mathrm{dist}}(y,L)}{r(B)}\Big)^p d\mu(y)\right)^{\frac1p}, \] where the infimum is taken over all \(n\)-planes \(L\subset \mathbb R^d\). Let \(T\) be a convolution type Calderón-Zygmund operator associated with a standard kernel \(k\). If in addition, for all \(x\in \mathbb R^d\setminus \{0\}\) and \(j\in \{0,1,2\}\), \[ |\nabla^j k(x) |\le \frac{C(j)}{|x|^{n+j}}, \] then this is recorded as \(k\in \mathcal K^n(\mathbb R^d)\). The main result of the paper reads as the following: Theorem 1. Let \(\mu\) be a finite Radon measure on \(\mathbb R^d\) with polynomial growth of degree \(n\) and such that for all balls \(B\subset \mathbb R^d\) with radius \(r(B)\), \[ \int_B \int_0^{r(B)} \beta_{\mu,2}^n(x,r)^2 \theta_\mu^n(x,r) \frac{dr}{r}d\mu(x)\lesssim \mu(B). \] Then, all Calderón-Zygmund operators \(T_\mu\) with kernels in \(\mathcal K^n(\mathbb R^d)\) are bounded in \(L^2(\mu)\). Using Volberg's comparability result and the above theorem, the author also recorded the following result: Corollary 1. Let \(E\) be a compact subset of \(\mathbb R^{n+1}\). Then \[ \kappa (E) \gtrsim \sup \mu(E), \] where \(\kappa(E)\) is the Lipschitz harmonic capacity of \(E\) and the supremum is taken over all positive Borel measures \(\mu\) supported on \(E\) such that \[ \sup_{x\in \mathbb R^{n+1}, R>0}\left\{\theta_\mu^n(x,R)+\int_0^\infty \beta_{\mu, 2}(x,r)^2 \theta_\mu^n(x,r)\frac{dr}{r}\right\}\le 1. \]
