The authors consider the existence of uniform global attractors for a class of nonautonomous deterministic FitzHugh-Nagumo lattice dynamical systems. A lattice dynamical system is, for example, an infinite system of ODEs defined on \(\mathbb{Z}^n\). It is useful to look at such systems as approximations of the continuous counterparts, i.e., infinite-dimensional dynamical systems generated by the solutions to PDEs. The authors provide estimates on the tails of solutions that are uniform in the initial data; hence, these estimates establish the existence of uniform absorbing sets. With these estimates the asymptotic compactness of the solution semigroup can be established. The novelty of this work comes from the use of nonlinear terms of the form \(G_i(u_k|k\in I_{iq_m})\) where \[ I_{iq_m} = \left\{ j=(j_1,\dots,j_n)\in\mathbb{Z}^n:\max_{1\le l\le n}|j_l-i_l|\le q_m \right\}. \]
