It is considered the mathematical modeling of ``macrophage plasticity in muscular dystrophy pathogenesis''. Starting from functional dependencies diagram and based on mass action law, there is obtained a model described by 10 nonlinear ordinary differential equations with 20 parameters whose estimation from real data is also described in the paper. However, since a prime integral is pointed out, the number of the equations can be lowered by 1. There are emphasized two equilibria -- physically significant -- with nonnegative components. One of them is exponentially stable (by the first approximation) while the other is of the type saddle point i.e. finally unstable. The model appears also to be fitted to experimental data.
