In this article, the authors obtain an analogous result to the classical Paley-Wiener theorem in the Clifford algebra-valued Hardy spaces setting for the whole index range $1 \leq p \leq \infty$. More precisely, they give the Fourier spectrum characterization of functions in the Clifford algebra-valued Hardy spaces $H^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{+})$, $1 \leq p \leq \infty$. Namely, for $f \in L^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$, Clifford algebra-valued, $f$ is further the non-tangential boundary limit of some function in $H^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{+})$, $1 \leq p \leq \infty$, if and only if $\widehat{f}= \chi_{+} \widehat{f}$, where $\chi_{+}(\xi) = \frac{1}{2} \left( 1+i \frac{\xi}{|\xi|} \right)$. As a particular case of their results, the vector-valued Clifford Hardy space functions are identical with the conjugate harmonic systems in the work of \textit{E. M. Stein} and \textit{G. Weiss} [Introduction to Fourier analysis on Euclidean spaces. Princeton Mathematical Series. Princeton, N. J.: Princeton University Press. (1971; Zbl 0232.42007)]. Moreover, they obtain the generalized conjugate harmonic systems for the whole Clifford algebra-valued Hardy spaces rather than only the vector-valued cases in the Stein-Weiss setting. As one more application of the Fourier spectrum of $H^{p}(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{+})$, they also prove the analogous result in the Clifford algebra-valued Bergman spaces on $\mathbb{R}^{n+1}_{+}$.
