The author obtains some analogues of Jacobi's derivative formula. Namely, he gives the polynomial expressions of theta derivatives with characteristics from $\frac{1}{4} \mathbb{Z}$ and $\frac{1}{3} \mathbb{Z}$ in terms of the theta constants.
