Let \(\mathcal{L}:=-\triangle+v\) be the time-independent Schrödinger operator in \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \(n\geq 3\), where \(\triangle\) is the Laplacian, and \(V\) is a nonnegative potential satisfying a reverse Hölder inequality for some \(q\geq n/2\). The paper under review studies the regularity estimates in the Hölder classes \(\mathcal{C}_{\mathcal{L}}^{0,\alpha}\) associated with \(\mathcal{L}\), \(0<\alpha<1\), which can be identified with the Campanato spaces \(BMO^{\alpha}_{\mathcal{L}}\) associated with \(\mathcal{L}\). The main ingredient of this paper is to give a simple \(T1\)-criterion for boundedness in \(BMO^{\alpha}_{\mathcal{L}}\) of the so-called \(\gamma\)-Schrödinger-Calderon-Zygmund operator \(T\). The advantage of this criterion is that everything is reduced to checking a certain condition on the function \(T1\). Furthermore, the method is applied to get regularity estimates for the maximal operators associated with the semigroups \(e^{-t{\mathcal{L}}}\) and \(e^{-t{\mathcal{L}}^{1/2}}\), the \(\mathcal{L}\)-square function, the Laplace transform type multiplier \(m({\mathcal{L}})\), the \(\mathcal{L}\)-Riesz transforms and the negative powers \(L^{-\gamma/2}\) with \(\gamma>0\).
