The aim of this paper is to provide a classification of finite groups in which supersolvable (nilpotent, abelian) subgroups of the same order are conjugate. The classification of finite groups whose cyclic subgroups of the same order are conjugate can be found in [\textit{M. Costantini} and \textit{E. Jabara}, Commun. Algebra 37, No. 11, 3966-3990 (2009; Zbl 1191.20011)].
