The main statement of the paper is an extension of the classical Hardy-Littlewood-Pólya majorization theorem to spaces with a curved geometry (for instance the global NPC spaces and the Wasserstein spaces), which is followed by several interesting consequences. Then the connection between the newly introduced concept of majorization and the Schur convexity is discussed, followed by a short analysis of what happens when the involved space is Wasserstein.
