Motivated by some problems in quantum measurement theory, the authors consider various systematic ways of defining unbounded operator valued integrals of complex functions with respect to positive operator measures and positive sesquilinear form measures. An application to the determination of moment operators of variance-free positive operator valued measures is also given.
