Normal and starlike tilings in separable Banach spaces (Q2020451)

It is proved that there exist constants \(r\) and \(R\) such that for any separable Banach space there exists its tiling with the following properties: 1) each tile is starlike; 2) each tile contains a ball of radius \(r\); 3) each tile is contained in a ball of radius \(R\). Constants \(r\) and \(R\) does not depend on Banach space.
