The authors consider matrix integral solutions of the Leznov lattice and its Pfaffianized version. This study is motivated by previous studies on the Leznov lattice and on matrix integrals. The Andréief formula and matrix integral formulae that solve the Leznov lattice and its discrete versions are given. It is shown that the partition function of the Jacobi-type unitary ensemble is a solution of the semi-discrete Leznov lattice. Moreover, it is shown that the partition function of the Jacobi-type orthogonal/symplectic ensemble solves the Pfaffianized semi-discrete Leznov lattice and the Pfaffianized Leznov lattice system.
