In this paper, the author reviews recent developments in the Minimal Model Program (MMP). He discusses three directions this Program has taken in recent years: the classical MMP, the Foliated MMP and the MMP in positive characteristic. He begins by reviewing the classical MMP and giving its main cojectural statements (see [\textit{S. Mori}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 1, No. 1, 117--253 (1988; Zbl 0649.14023)] and [\textit{C. Birkar} et al., J. Am. Math. Soc. 23, No. 2, 405--468 (2010; Zbl 1210.14019)]). Then he explains what is the Foliated MMP (a MMP for foliated varieties), and states the main recent developments in this direction (obtained by the author, Brunella, McQuillan, Spicer and Svaldi; see [\textit{M. Brunella}, Birational geometry of foliations. Cham: Springer (2015; Zbl 1310.14002)], [\textit{M. McQuillan}, Pure Appl. Math. Q. 4, No. 3, 877--1012 (2008; Zbl 1166.14010)] and [\textit{C. Spicer}, Compos. Math. 156, No. 1, 1--38 (2020; Zbl 1428.14025)]). Finally, he mentions what has been recently done in positive characteristic (e.g. [\textit{C. D. Hacon} and \textit{C. Xu}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 28, No. 3, 711--744 (2015; Zbl 1326.14032)]).
