Let \(R\) be a ring and let \(I\) be a nonzero ideal of \(R\) and let \(f:I \rightarrow R\) is a left \(R\)-module homomorphism. Two pair \((f,I)\) and \((g,J)\) are said to be equivalent if \(f\) and \(g\) agree on the domain \(I \cap J\). The Martindale ring of quotients \(Q\) is defined to be the set of the equivalence classes mentioned previously and it is denoted by \(Q_r\). Now let \(R\) a prime ring of characteristic different from \(2\) with extended centroid \(C, n\geq 1\) a fixed integer, \(F,G: R \rightarrow R\) two nonzero generalized skew derivations of \(R\). The authors use the concept of the right Martindale ring to show the consequences of the following conditions: \begin{enumerate} \item If \((F(x)x)^n \in C\) for all \(x \in R\); and \item If \([F(x)x,G(y)y]_n=0\) for all \(x,y \in R\). \end{enumerate}
