This paper provides a construction of the secondary cup and cap products in coarse cohomology. Another work of the secondary product on the coarse K-theory is provided by the same author in 2016 [J. Noncommut. Geom. 10, No. 2, 471--514 (2016; Zbl 1359.46064)], and this work study can be seen as the latest development on the secondary product. The main results of this work consist of three theorems (A to C). In Theorem A, the author shows the consistency of their work to the conventional secondary product defined by Roe. Theorem B implies that the proposed theory has the same degree of mathematical richness as primary cup and cap product theory, and presents new possibilities and implications for investigating cup and cap products in coarse cohomology. It is interesting to note that Theorem C suggests a connection between secondary cup and cap products and the index of a manifold. A discussion of this in the case of conditional manifolds is presented in Proposition 10.2. As the author states, there are no immediate important and concrete applications, but this paper will provide a thought-provoking perspective on secondary products in coarse geometry. In particular, it is significant as an original development on the secondary product by Roe.
