    The authors consider the weighted strong laws of large numbers (for admissible weights) for random variables defined on variable exponent vector-valued Lebesgue spaces, which are more general than classical \(L_p\)-spaces. Considering admissible weights are much more general approach than the earlier papers have investigated. Applications of the obtained results include establishing sufficient conditions for the convergence of the randomly weighted ergodic averages and weighted series of contractions in Banach spaces.
