In this quite long \textit{letter}, the authors study proper twice epi-differentiability and determine the second order epi-subderivative of indicator functions of various relevant sets such as finite unions of parabolically derivable and parabolically regular sets. This leads to new no-gap second order optimality conditions for disjunctive constrained optimization problems. The results are then particularized for some special cases of disjunctive programs, such the ones with second order cone complementarity constraints.
