For a given convex rational polyhedral cone \(\Gamma\), one considers pairs of polyhedra such that their support cone is \(\Gamma\) and their symmetric difference is bounded. The notion of mixed volume for polytopes was extended to such pairs of polyhedra by \textit{A. I. Ésterov} [Russ. Math. Surv. 60, No. 2, 352--353 (2005; Zbl 1084.14500); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 60, No. 2, 181--182 (2005)]. This mixed volume can be computed similarly to the classical one and is also an integer. Esterov also shows that for such mixed volumes there is a similar version of the Kouchnirenko-Bernstein formula for the multiplicity of an isolated root of a system of analytic equations. In this paper, the author classifies all tuples of lattice polyhedra of relative mixed volume 1 and all minimal (by inclusion) tuples of polyhedra of relative mixed volume 2. Moreover, the author proves a conjecture by Esterov that there are finitely many minimal tuples for any finite relative mixed volume and dimension.
