Let \(G\) be a locally compact group, \(\Phi\) be a Young function and \(L^{\Phi}(G)\) be the corresponding Orlicz space. Denote by \(CV_{\Phi}(G)\) the space of all convolution operators on \(L^{\Phi}(G)\), i.e., those bounded operators on \(L^{\Phi}(G)\) that commute with left translations. The aim of this paper is to study the Fourier transforms of operators in \(CV_{\Phi}(G)\). A locally compact group \(G\) is said to satisfy the \(P_p\)-condition, \(1\leq p<\infty\), if for each \( \varepsilon >0\) and compact set \(K\subseteq G\) there is a nonnegative function \(f\in L^p(G)\) such that \(\|f\|_p=1\) and \(\sup_{y\in K}\|L_yf-f\|_{p}<\epsilon\). The authors present the ``weak variant'' \(\omega\)-\(P_\Phi\) of \(P_p\)-condition for a locally compact group. A locally compact group \(G\) satisfies the property \(\omega\)-\(P_\Phi\) if for each \(\varepsilon>0\) and compact subset \(K\) of \(G\) there is a nonnegative function \(f\) in \(C_C(G)\) such that \(0<\|f\|\leq2\) and \(\sup_{y\in K}\|L_yf-f\|_{\Phi}\leq\epsilon\). The authors prove that if the mapping \(f\mapsto f\ast h\) belongs to \(CV_{\Phi}(G)\), then \(h\in L^1(G)\) under the condition \(\omega\)-\(P_{\Phi}\). They also show that a locally compact abelian group and \(u\in L^\infty(\widehat{G})\), if there exists a bounded net \((T_\alpha)_{\alpha}\) in \(CV_{\Phi}(G)\) that weakly converges to \(u\), then \(u\in\widehat{CV_{\Phi}}(G)\), where \(\widehat{CV_{\Phi}}(G)=\{\widehat{T}: T\in CV_{\Phi}(G)\}\).
