Every centroaffine Tchebychev hyperovaloid is ellipsoid (Q2062013)

The authors prove the following main result. Theorem. Let \(x: M^n\to \mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) \((n\ge 3)\) be a centroaffine Tchebychev hyperovaloid. Then \(x(M^n)\) is an ellipsoid such that the origin of \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) lies inside of \(x(M^n)\).
