The author deals with the two-dimensional Stokes initial boundary value problem in exterior domains, and the case of initial data \(u_{0}\in L^{\infty}\left( \Omega\right) ,\) divergence free in weak sense. \ The author also investigates the property \(\left\Vert u\left( t\right) \right\Vert _{\infty}\leq c\left\Vert u_{0}\right\Vert _{\infty}\) for all \(t>0\) and \(c\) independent of \(u\), and non-uniqueness of the solutions.
