This work is a sequel to [\textit{H. Cui} and \textit{J. A. Langa}, J. Differ. Equations 263, No. 2, 1225--1268 (2017; Zbl 1377.37038)]. The authors here focus on sufficient conditions for a random uniform attractor to have finite fractal dimension. These conditions involve a smoothing property and a squeezing property. With these two properties, an upper bound on the fractal dimension of the attractor can be shown.
