A quasi-Stirling permutation \(\pi = (\pi_1,\dots,\pi_n)\) of a multiset is one for which there do not exist indices \(i < j < k < l\) such that \(\pi_i = \pi_k\), \(\pi_j = \pi_l\) and \(\pi_i \neq \pi_j\). There is a notion of partial \(\gamma\)-positivity for trivariate polynomials that generalises the notion of \(\gamma\)-positivity. In this article, the authors prove that the row generating function of quasi-Stirling permutations of the multiset \(\{1^k,\dots,n^k\}\) for positive integers \(n,k\), with respect to three statistics, namely plateaux, descents and ascents, are partial \(\gamma\)-positive.
