``When the planar circular restricted 3-body problem (PCRTBP) is periodically perturbed, families of unstable periodic orbits break up into whiskered tori, with most tori persisting into the perturbed system''. In this paper, the authors developed efficient algorithms, a quasi-Newton method, for simultaneously computation of not only unstable invariant tori, but also of their center, stable, and unstable directions (also known as bundles) in periodically perturbed PCRTBP models. They, also, compute Fourier-Taylor parameterizations of the stable and unstable manifolds, and then regularize the equations of motion, and globalize these manifolds. Solving for bundles alongside the tori, they avoid solving large linear systems, thus they improve the algorithmic efficiency of their method compared to tori-only methods used in previous investigations. They, also, demonstrated the tools near resonances in the planar elliptic RTBP, using the Jupiter-Europa planar elliptic RTBP as the dynamical model for demonstration, and a solution tolerance of 10-7. The paper is a qualitative and quantitative research work. The methods presented in this paper can form an important component for low-energy mission design and transfer trajectories in such periodically perturbed PCRTBP models.
