In the paper under review, the authors investigate nonlinear Volterra delay evolution inclusions subjected to nonlocal implicit initial conditions. The authors first analyze the evolution inclusions subjected to a local initial condition and prove an existence result for bounded continuous solutions. After that, some results from the fixed point theory for upper semicontinuous multifunctions with contractible values are employed to obtain a global solvability result for the original problem. The results are well illustrated and an interesting application is given in the study of a partial differential inclusion of Volterra type.
