This article uses abstract theorems in variational bifurcation theory from part I of this paper [\textit{G. Lu}, Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. 42, No. 3, 1243--1316 (2022; Zbl 07475509)] to prove bifurcations for quasilinear elliptic systems of higher order with and without some growth restrictions. The author studies bifurcations of quasilinear elliptic Dirichlet problems on domain deformations and generalizes previous results for semilinear elliptic Dirichlet problems on a ball. It is possible that results in this paper can also be used to improve bifurcation results for geometric variational problems such as [\textit{A. Yu. Borisovich}, Adv. Sov. Math. 15, 287--330 (1993; Zbl 0789.58024); \textit{R. G. Bettiol} and \textit{P. Piccione}, Int. Math. Res. Not. 2016, No. 10, 3124--3162 (2016; Zbl 1404.53072); \textit{R. G. Bettiol} et al., Prog. Nonlinear Differ. Equ. Appl. 85, 103--133 (2014; Zbl 1321.58010)].
