The main goal of this paper is to determine and classify all finite-dimensional Hopf algebras over an algebraically closed field \(k\) of characteristic zero whose Hopf coradical is not a subalgebra. In order to do that, after a section including the basic notions, for a natural number \(p\) the authors give in Section \(3\) the definitions of dual Radford algebras \(H_{p,-1}\) and the one of the category of Yetter-Drinfeld modules \(_{H_{p,-1}}^{H_{p,-1}}\mathcal{YD}\). In Section \(4\) they determine all finite-dimensional Nichols algebras \(_{H_{p,-1}}^{H_{p,-1}}\mathcal{YD}\). Finally, in the last section the authors determine and classify all finite-dimensional Hopf algebras over \(H_{p,-1}\) for a prime \(p>5\).
