The second and the fourth authors considered in [Bull. Soc. R. Sci. Liège 83, 35--48 (2014; Zbl 1365.58004)] the superspace \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu}\) of differential linear operators \[ A:\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}\rightarrow\mathfrak{F}_{\mu} \] where \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}\) and \(\mathfrak{F}_{\mu}\) are the spaces of tensor densities on the supercircle \(S^{1\mid1}\) of degree \(\lambda\) and \(\mu\) respectively. The algebra \(\mathfrak{osp}(1|2)\) of \textit{orthosymplectic supersymmetries} of the module \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu}(S^{1\mid1})\) was studied there. It was proved resonance if and only if \(\mu-\lambda\in\frac{1}{2}\mathbb{N}^{\ast}\). On the other hand, the second author et al. [Math. Rep., Buchar. 21(71), No. 3, 311--337 (2019; Zbl 1474.53325)] considered the algebra of \textit{contact supersymmetries}, the space \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu}(S^{1\mid 1})\) being viewed as a module over the superalgebra \(\mathcal{K} (1)\) of contact vector fields on \(S^{1\mid1}\). The algebra \(\mathfrak{C}_{\lambda,\mu}^{k}\) of linear maps on \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu }\) commuting with the \(\mathcal{K}(1)\)-action was constructed. Several results similar to the \(S^{1}\)-case were established as well. The present paper aims to study the general case of the supercircle \(S^{1\mid n}\) with \(n\in\mathbb{N}^{\ast}\). The superspace \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu }^{n,k}(S^{1\mid n})\) of differential linear operators of order at most \(k\) from \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}^{n}\) to \(\mathfrak{F}_{\mu }^{n}\) is considered, where \(\mathfrak{F}_{\lambda}^{n}\) and \(\mathfrak{F}_{\mu}^{n}\) are the spaces of tensor densities on the supercircle \(S^{1\mid n}\) of degree \(\lambda\) and \(\mu\) respectively. Both the Lie superalgebra \(\mathsf{Vect}_{\mathbb{C}}(S^{1\mid n})\) of vector fields on \(S^{1\mid n}\) and the Lie superalgebra \(\mathcal{K}(n)\) of contact vector fields on \(S^{1\mid n}\) naturally act on \(\mathfrak{D}_{\lambda,\mu}^{n,k}\). The main result is the characterization of \(\mathfrak{aff}(n|1)\)-supersymmetries, where \(\mathfrak{aff} (n|1)\) is the affine subalgebra of \(\mathsf{Vect}_{\mathbb{C}}(S^{1\mid n})\) which can be realized as a subalgebra of \(\mathcal{K}(n)\). This result allow the authors to determine the algebras of \(\mathfrak{osp}(2|2)\)-supersymmetries and of \(\mathfrak{osp}(3|2)\)-supersymmetries, where \(\mathfrak{osp}(2|2)\) and \(\mathfrak{osp}(3|2)\) are respectively the orthosymplectic superalgebras of \(S^{1\mid2}\) and \(S^{1\mid3}\).
