This paper is devoted to the existence, uniqueness and asymptotic stability of bistable traveling wave solutions. Motivated by the abstract conclusions drawn by \textit{J. Fang} and \textit{X.-Q. Zhao} [J. Eur. Math. Soc. (JEMS) 17, No. 9, 2243--2288 (2015; Zbl 1352.37072)]. The authors obtained the existence of traveling wave solutions, which is strictly monotone. The stability of traveling wave solutions in the sense of phase shift is obtained by showing that a positive mild solution converges to the traveling wave solution when the initial value problem has a special decaying initial condition. In particular, the uniqueness of wave speed and wave profile is investigated as well.
