This paper develops several techniques to investigate the Koszul-Brylinski homology of holomorphic Poisson manifolds. To any (real or holomorphic) Poisson manifold \((X,\pi)\), one associates two important algebraic invariants: Poisson cohomology \(H^k(X,\pi)\), or Lichnerowicz-Poisson cohomology (introduced by \textit{A. Lichnerowicz} [J. Differ. Geom. 12, 253--300 (1977; Zbl 0405.53024)]) and Poisson homology \(H_k (X,\pi)\), or Koszul-Brylinski homology (introduced by \textit{J.-L. Brylinski} [J. Differ. Geom. 28, No. 1, 93--114 (1988; Zbl 0634.58029)]). Both are notoriously difficult to compute, but the cohomology theory has been more extensively studied in the literature. This paper focusses on Poisson homology in the \textit{holomorphic} setting, which is recalled in section 2. In section 3 the author proves a Leray-Hirsch theorem to compute the Hochschild homology of the total space of holomorphic fibre bundles on complex manifolds. This result relies on the known fact that, as a consequence of the Hochschild-Kostant-Rosenberg theorem, Hochschild homology is isomorphic to the holomorphic Koszul-Brylinski homology for the trivial holomorphic Poisson structure. In section 4 the author adapts two classical techniques of homological algebra, namely the Mayer-Vietoris sequence and the Künneth theorem, to the setting of Koszul-Brylinski homology of holomorphic Poisson manifolds. Last, several formulae to compute homology of blow-ups are provided, relying on previous work of the author [Ann. Mat. Pura Appl. (4) 199, No. 5, 1997--2014 (2020; Zbl 1476.32008)] and generalising other results [\textit{X. Chen} et al., ``Holomorphic Koszul-Brylinski homologies of Poisson blow-ups'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:2202.09764}] beyond the compact case.
