The pseudo-differential calculus on manifolds with singularities, in particular conic singularities, is now well established, see for example the book of \textit{B.-W. Schulze} [Pseudo-differential operators on manifolds with singularities. Amsterdam etc.: North-Holland (1991; Zbl 0747.58003)] and the approach of \textit{R. B. Melrose} [Int. Math. Res. Not. 1992, No. 3, 51--61 (1992; Zbl 0754.58035)]. In these last years, the subject had a strong development. Generally speaking, the aim is to extend to the setting of the singular manifolds all the main results of the microlocal analysis valid on smooth manifolds. In the present paper the author addresses to the Schrödinger equation on a noncompact manifold X with multiple conic singularities, basing on the Friedrichs extension of the Laplacian in X. The final aim is to prove Strichartz estimates in this frame. The author follows the semiclassical point of view and the techniques of \textit{R. B. Melrose} [The Atiyah-Patodi-Singer index theorem. Wellesley, MA: A. K. Peters, Ltd. (1993; Zbl 0796.58050)] concerning the so-called b-calculus. The obtained results are very general, extending previous contributions devoted to particular geometric situations, see for example [\textit{G. Austin Ford}, Commun. Math. Phys. 299, No. 2, 447--467 (2010; Zbl 1198.35062)].
