The author studies regular equi-affine plane curves and singular equi-affine plane curves with inflection points. Introducing an adapted frame for an equi-affine framed curve, he defines equi-affine parallel curves, evolutes and involutes of equi-affine framed curves. The relation between equi-affine evolutes and involutes of equiaffine framed curves is given. Moreover, singularities of the equi-affine parallel curves, evolutes and involutes of regular curves and equi-affine framed curves are investigated. A difference between Euclidean plane curves and equi-affine plane curves is showed.
