An Aloff-Wallach space is defined as \(N_{k,l}:=\mathrm{SU}(3)/\mathrm{U}(1)_{k,l}\), with \(k,l\) integers. In this paper \(k\geq l\geq 0\) and are coprime. If \(kl (k -l)=0\) (resp., \(kl (k-l) \neq 0\)) \(N_{k,l}\) is called exceptional (resp., generic). The main result of this paper is the construction of two global continuous \(1\)-parameter families of non-compact \(\mathrm{Spin}(7)\) metrics of cohomogeneity one, with principal orbit being a space \(N_{k,l}\) and singular orbit being \({\mathbb C}\mathbb P^2. \) For a generic Aloff-Wallach space the metrics obtained are locally asymptotically conical. The case \(N_{1,1}\) also is considered. Furthermore, it is shown that the \(1\)-parameter family of locally asymptotically conical \(\mathrm{Spin}(7)\) metrics on the \(\mathbb R^4/{\mathbb Z}_{|1|}\) bundle over \(\mathbb C \mathbb P ^2\) (that is \(M^{(1)}_{1,1}=T^*\mathbb C \mathbb P ^2\)) with \(N_{1,1}\) principal orbit can be desingularized with the asymptotically conical Calabi hyper-K''ahler metric.
